These will always be relevant, educational, and appropriate for youth participants and educators
Communication channels (e.g., forums, chat rooms) may allow you to interact with other users. By using these, you agree to respectful communication and understand that messages may be moderated for safety.
All learning materials, videos, quizzes, and documents are for your personal development use only
Certificates earned on the Platform may be verified by programme funders or, where applicable, by the DBE for courses they co-develop or support.
You may not copy, distribute, or sell any materials unless given written permission
Post, upload, or share any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Upload viruses, malware, or engage in any action that may damage or disrupt the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or Platform systems.
You can download content and access it offline through our mobile-friendly platform
The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates; we will provide notice where possible
We strive to keep the Platform accessible but may occasionally suspend access for updates or maintenance.
Access may be limited in cases of technical issues beyond our control.
You violate these terms
You misuse the platform or disrupt learning or learning experience for others
Training content is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
We make no warranties on uninterrupted access or complete accuracy of materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of this Platform.
